Accounts Executive

Responsibilities will include:
1)Conduct Audit including Tax audit and compliance audit and preparation of Annual Report Preparation of various Sales MIS reports and Quarterly Review Reports, Cost Analysis and quarterly budget forecasts
2)Supervise filing and compliance on statutory issues such as TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax and Provident Fund.
3)Maintenance and Finalisation of Accounts
4)Handling payroll system and Employee Salaries and other payments
5)Implementation and maintenance of proper accounting procedures and systems
6)Drafting minutes of the Meetings and communicating the same to the members of the team.
7)Ratification of various legal agreements & liaison with lawyers regarding legal issues.
8)Oversee and supervise the function of Office Administration

The person should be a commerce graduate with proficiency in working with computers with expertise in Tally ERP or FACT Accounting Software, FACT Payroll (PERKS), MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint and working experience of E-mail and the Internet. The person should have excellent written, verbal communication, presentation skills, well organised and a good planner.


Direct Tax Consultant

Perform a lead role in execution of client services with independent charge of engagements. Assume a people leadership role and be involved in guiding, supervising, motivating and developing the team. Have clearly defined revenue responsibility.

Your client responsibilities:
. Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments- pricing, billing and recovery, maximizing fee opportunities- with guidance from the partner.
. Develop sound value based solutions and apply technical knowledge in delivery of complex solutions to clients.
. Expand opportunities with existing clients, identifies and acts on referrals in relation to the Service Line.
. Provide perspective to clients on trends and emerging practices in the local and global market in relation to client's operations.
. Be involved in developing new products, services and delivery methods linked to the area of specialization.

. Qualified Chartered Accountant (first attempt)
. 7 - 10 years of post qualification experience. Relevant tax (Corporate tax, Personal tax, Expat tax, Transfer pricing, International tax) experience in Big 4/medium sized professional services firms.
. Good communication skills, good interpersonal and networking skills, strong marketing and business development skills.
. Strong analytical ability, logical and problem solving approach on complex issues.
. In depth understanding of competition and competitor strategies.
. Technical competence in Tax and also the industry / specialized field.


IFRS Audit Consultant

The Consultant will perform independent desk-top review Indian GAAP financial statements / IFRS before sign-off to ensure compliance with accounting standards and other disclosure requirements. Doing research on technical issues raised by engagement teams for consultation (PPG act as an expert group for technical accounting/auditing issues) Some of the job responsibilities are,

Job profile
. Preparation of firms guidance on new pronouncements
. Providing technical support to engagement teams for executing IFRS engagements
. Identfying and executing projects related to IFRS, providing advisory services on IFRS and its accounting process etc.
. Evaluation of the processes, advisory on risk parameters, relationship management, risk mgmt and strategy development.

Knowledge Management activities
. Providing regular updates on accounting/auditing/regulatory changes to client facing personnel on IFRS
. Conducting Internal trainings and preparation of tools and templates

Thought leadership / Marketing
. Participate in thought leadership initiatives - newsletter/ technical bulletins/ conferences etc.
. Assistance to engagement teams in IFRS proposals

. Chartered Accountant (first attempt) and or an MBA from a premier institute
. Exposure to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) & US GAAP will be an added advantage
. 8- 10 years of post-qualification experience in a consulting role with established CA firms.


Tax Intern

Your main objective is to help the Tax team deliver quality products using general tax knowledge gained from training or education and assistance from more experienced tax professionals. Contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring client engagements are executed in an efficient manner.

. Ensure that the areas of work assigned are executed in accordance with the work programme and the firm's methodologies and guidance, and professional standards.
. Use electronic working papers, efficiently including various software applications and sources of knowledge in an appropriate manner to conduct research.
. Acquire and demonstrate competence in technical knowledge, and compliance process by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
. Analyse and convert data into a tax product (advisory/compliance) and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the product.
. Where applicable thoroughly check documents and make available for tax inspections in an appropriate manner.
. Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification - B.Com (H) Graduates or CA/ICWAI/CS Inter will be given preference.
Experience - No Prior experience required.

Manager Accounts Receivable

. Responsible for soft and hard collection development and managing legal issues if required.
. Focus on customer relationship with a keen aim to reduce delinquency significantly.

. Working current Bucket up to Bucket-3 within last 9 months in the Consultanty.

. Establishing and adhering to credit and collection guidelines to ensure that risk is minimized in A/R portfolio
. Ensure corporate guidelines are followed in reference to the establishment of credit limits, documentation, collection efforts and write-off procedures.
. Coordinate activities between field collectors and ensure that credit issues are effectively communicated to field personnel and that their input is obtained in credit decision making and collection efforts.
. Maximize productivity by establishing efficiency standards and managing the credit & collections team to those standards
. Develop suitable metrics (calls per hour, Rs. collected per hour, minimum currency percentages, minimum write-off percentages, etc.) to determine the health of the A/R portfolio and the productivity of the credit & collection staff.
. Coach, motivate and energize the accounts, credit & collections team involved in the day-to-day efforts
. Managing the A/R portfolio; assists in handling difficult situations; keeps staff motivated to improve and succeed.


Bachelors or Master degree required. Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communications and Excel skills will be an added advantage.
